About meshnmeet
meshnmeet helps groups agree on a time and make decisions together — without the endless email threads, the “does Tuesday work?” chaos, or forcing anyone to create an account just to answer. It’s a fast, friendly scheduling and opinion-polling tool that works two ways: as a hosted app at meshnmeet.com, and as a plugin that lives natively inside your own WordPress site.
Why we built it
Coordinating people is one of the most common — and most annoying — problems on the internet. The tools that exist are either clunky, locked behind accounts, or completely disconnected from where communities already live: their own websites. We started meshnmeet because scheduling a group shouldn’t require everyone to sign up for yet another service, and because the millions of organizers running WordPress sites deserved a polling tool that belonged on their site, in their brand — not an off-site link that sends their members somewhere else.
What we believe
- Participation should be frictionless. Anyone can vote from a link — no account, no download, no barrier.
- Your site is your home. Organizers shouldn’t have to send their community off to a third-party site to answer a simple question.
- Privacy by default. We collect only what’s needed, mask sensitive inputs, and make it easy to export or delete your data.
- Simple beats clever. The best tool is the one people actually finish using.
Who it’s for
Event organizers, community managers, churches and clubs, meetups, HOAs, teams, schools, and charities — anyone who needs to find a time or take a group’s temperature, whether they run a WordPress site or just want the fastest way to send a poll.
