These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and meshnmeet (“we”, “us”) governing your use of meshnmeet.com and our polling service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

meshnmeet lets you create scheduling and opinion polls, invite people to respond, and view results. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Invitations: when you invite people by email, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to contact them and permission to do so. You are responsible for the recipients you enter. Repeated spam complaints may result in suspension.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the polls and content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to use it, including to contact any participants.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by meshnmeet and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

7. Attribution and branding

On the free plan, polls you create — whether shown on meshnmeet.com, embedded on another website, or displayed through the meshnmeet WordPress plugin — include a small “Powered by meshnmeet” attribution that links back to meshnmeet.com. This attribution is a condition of the free license we grant you to use the Service.

You agree not to remove, hide, obscure, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with this attribution — whether through CSS, custom code, output filtering, or any other means — while on the free plan. The ability to remove or white-label the attribution is provided only with an active Premium subscription (on meshnmeet.com) or an active plugin license (on your own WordPress site), which unlock the option to hide it. Removing, hiding, or circumventing the attribution without an active paid plan or license is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access or license.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Paddle, Postmark, and Cloudflare). Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meshnmeet and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless meshnmeet from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your invitations, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, United States for any disputes, except where prohibited by law.

15. Contact
